Infrared Sauna Therapy

A Remedy Retreat Sauna Session is completely safe and produces the same far infrared heat produced by the sun. Sunlight is a combination of visible and invisible light.

The seven colors of the rainbow are visible lights, and infrared rays and ultraviolet rays are invisible lights. It is the far infrared energy that is most beneficial as it penetrates the skin and increases circulation to help rid the body of harmful toxins.

Infrared heat is required for all living things for optimum health.

The radiant heat from our Infrared sauna surrounds you and penetrates deeply into your joints, muscles and tissues, speeding oxygen flow and increasing circulation.

Using our Remedy’s Full Spectrum Retreat saunas helps to remove impurities from your cells, specifically the cells inside our fat where our body stores waste and harmful toxins such as cholesterol and heavy metals. It also offers the lowest and safest EMF and ELF levels compared to other infrared saunas currently on the market.

Regular use of our Full Spectrum Infrared sauna will help provide a lifetime of healthful living.

Tips
for
enjoying
your Session

1

Hydrate

Always drink plenty of water before during and after a session. Doing so will replenish fluids lost through perspiration. We recommend and electrolyte drink post session.

2

Massage

To relieve sore and tight muscles massage these areas for faster healing and effectiveness. Ask about our Rapidrelease tools for a fast effective self massage before or after your session.

3

Meditate

We offer the use of guided meditation kits for your sauna experience. Highly recommended!

4

Oil

Oils and lotions tend to decrease perspiration by blocking pores. Apply these after your session for best results.

5

Eat

Some minerals can be lost in perspiration. Eating a sensible diet including fruits and green leafy vegetables will replace these. Supplements can also be taken to replenish minerals.

6

Detox

Limit food intake an hour before your sauna. Your body will be able to detox because it will not be using any energy for digestion.

7

Shower

A quick warm shower before sauna tends to increase perspiration as bathing opens pores.

8

Shower Again

A cool shower after your sauna refreshes and rinses the body of perspiration. The shower is adjacent to the Retreat room.

9

Towel

We will provide one towel to sit on and one for your body. Towel off during sessions which will allow your body to perspire more freely.

10

Repeat

Frequent sauna sessions will boost your immune system. Consult your physician for any medical conditions prior to use.

"A friend and I shared the space for infrared with music tailored to our requests; the owner made us feel so comfortable! The showers were perfect after our session and we can't wait for our next session!"
